Job Profile
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical Consultant with 5+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure, and systems architecture. This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, improving technical systems, and guiding teams across a diverse technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across both application and infrastructure layers
- Conduct in-depth root cause analysis, technical assessments, and performance audits
- Recommend and help implement best practices for architecture, scalability, DevOps, and cloud infrastructure
- Act as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external stakeholders on high-impact projects
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and documentation
- Collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement across platforms
- Analyse and troubleshoot issues across applications and infrastructure
- Lead root-cause analysis and technical audits
Required & Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of experience in software development, infrastructure, and technical consulting
- Deep knowledge of cloud architecture, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and system design
- Strong programming skills in Java and JavaScript
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
- A degree from IIT or another top-tier engineering institution is preferred (not required)

UG: B.Tech / B.E. / M.Tech – Computer Science
